Preparation For Heading Back To School

August is the last full month of summer and is the beginning of the season winding down! The sun is starting to set earlier, and the crispness of fall is in the air, with cooler nights. It won’t be long until pumpkins and holiday décor make their way to the shelves. With that change comes the approaching school season, and this year it’s a return to the norm of in-person learning.  

As usual, students will likely need school supplies. Whether or not you need to make a back-to-school shopping trip for your own, or would simply like to donate items to children in need, here are great budget-friendly shopping tips for back-to-school supplies.It’s a great time of year to help support our schools, teachers and community, so consider donating extra supplies. This way you’re not only helping others, but you also may qualify for a tax deduction if you donate to a nonprofit or public school, or organization.
